Is Intel HD 2000 Good for Gaming?

Many of my friends asking "is Intel HD 2000 good for gaming?", and I tell to them "yes you can playing games with Intel HD 2000 on-board graphics card", but wait, you have to adjust settings on the games with low to medium settings and please use low resolution such as with 1280x720px or 1024x768px.
